(C) On February 25, Pol/Mil Officer delivered reftel demarche 
to Mr.Der Kogda, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Pol/Mil conveyed U.S. views 
regarding the IAEA reports and in particular the mounting 
evidence that Syria was engaged in a clandestine effort to 
construct and operate a nuclear reactor at Al Kibar.  Kogda 
said he would share our concerns with the Burkinabe Foreign 
Ministry as well as its IAEA representative.
