¶1. This is an action request for WHA/CAR.

been nominated to participate a U.S.-funded training, pursuant to 
the Leahy Amendment and Foreign Assistance Act. 
 
¶3. This training titled Anti-kidnapping training, delivered by the 
Federal Bureau of Investigation will take place at the Police 
Academy in Haiti.
