Deputy Political Counselor conveyed to the Foreign Ministry's 
Office Director for the UNSC David Olvera the USG's strong 
desire not to see an Article 16 resolution tabled at the 
Security Council that would defer the probably ICC arrest 
warrant for Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir.  Olvera 
conveyed the GOM's support for ICC action on this case and 
its objection to an Article 16 resolution.
