 Poloff delivered reftel demarche, non-paper and draft 
resolution on September 25 to Vesna Vukovic, head of the 
MFA's UN office, and requested GOC support at the 63rd UNGA 
session for a new resolution on compliance with 
nonproliferation, arms limitations and disarmament 
agreements.  Poloff also provided a copy of non-paper and 
resolution to the head of the MFA's International Security 
Department, Sanja Bujas-Juraga.  Both officials took demarche 
under advisement, without making any immediate commitment, 
saying they would share its contents within the Ministry of 
Foreign Affairs and the Croatian diplomatic mission at the UN 
in New York.
