¶1.  This is JCIC-XXXII-025. 
 
¶2.   The text at paragraph 3 below is the official 
translation of the Ukrainian Statement of Policy expressing 
its Government's commitment not to export eliminated solid 
rocket motor cases beyond its national territory.  The 
Statement was made in conjunction with JCIC Agreement Number 
55 and Joint Statement Number 40 (Reftel). The statement was 
included in the Ukrainian Closing Plenary Statement for 
JCIC-XXXII, which is classified, but extracted in 
unclassified form with the consent of the Ukrainian 
Delegation.

                         STATEMENT 
          by the Head of the Delegation of Ukraine 
      to the Joint Compliance and Inspection Commission 
         at the Closing Plenary Meeting of JCIC-XXXII 
 
     In connection with the adoption of Agreement Number 55 
and Joint Statement Number 40 at JCIC-XXXII, Ukraine 
undertakes not to transfer eliminated motor cases of SS-24 
ICBMs to foreign states, their legal entities or natural 
persons, or to international organizations, and not to export 
them beyond the national territory.
