1.(C) PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Thomas Adoumasse, 
the Director of International Relations, at the GOB's 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 29, 2007.  Adoumasse 
was already aware of the issue from a previous correspondence 
from the GOA and assured PolOff the GOB would vote with 
Argentina on the resolution. 
 
2.(U) Post has confirmed the GOB will send two delegates to 
Interpol's General Assembly meeting.
