SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR COUNTRY CLEARANCE 
 
1.  Embassy Baghdad requests country clearance for the 
following personnel to travel to Abu Dhabi for the purpose of 
engaging Gulf country counterparts on support for Government 
of Iraq (GOI) outreach efforts to Anbar province.

to and from the airport. 
 
4.  Delegation will arrive UAE November 11, 2006 
approximately 1800 hours and will depart November 13, 2006 at 
approximately 0900 hours via Military Aircraft.  Meetings are 
scheduled for November 12.
