Ref A notified that Jordan's National Committee for Demining 
and Rehabilitation (NCDR) is eligible to apply for a 
humanitarian mine action grant.  The grant would assist NCDR 
in its mine risk education efforts (ref B).  Poloff conveyed 
the substance of ref A to NCDR, and assisted them with the 
application process.  NCDR submitted the application via 
WWW.GRANTS.GOV on March 30, 2006.
