1.  Post's VISAS VIPER Committee met on November 9, 2005, 
covering the period October 4, 2005 - November 9, 2005. 
Conoff Wells chaired the meeting. CONS, POL, ECON, RSO, and 
MLO attended. Non-resident LEGATT was queried separately. 
 
2.  No VISAS VIPER telegrams were submitted during this 
period.
