SUBJECT: IMTS/T MR. ANGELO DORTO TRIP REPORT - GENEVA 
 
 
1. IMTS/T ANGELO DORTO visited Post from 09/26/2005 to 
09/30/2005. 
 
2. Purpose of Visit: Assist post with numerous PBX issues. 
 
3. Personnel Contacted: 
 
A. IPO - Janice Metzger 
 
B. IMS - Cathy Gaupo 
 
4. Work Completed: 
 
A. Relocated IDF to an acceptable location. 
 
B. Removed unused wiring. 
 
C. Resolved PC attendant volume issue. 
 
D. Installed / repaired phones in CAA area. 
 
E. Identified unused wiring for removal. 
 
F. Installed ALGO threat recorder 
 
5. Preventative Maintenance tasks: 
 
A. System backup performed. 
 
B. Adjusted rectifiers for PBX. 
 
C. Inspected Shumway units. 
 
 
6. Action Required: 
 
A. Removal of identified wiring. 
 
 
7. Comments: The recent installation of this system appeared 
to have been rushed and was the direct result of a number of 
the issues and outages. Wiring was loosely punched and not 
dressed neatly. One CAA phone's wiring did not reach the 
IDF. The ALGO had no recorded history and a persistent error 
message. Apparently it was not properly installed.
