The middle box contains the header information that is associated with the cable. It includes information about the receiver(s) as well as a general subject.
The bottom box presents the body of the cable. The opening can contain a more specific subject, references to other cables (browse by origin to find them) or additional comment. This is followed by the main contents of the cable: a summary, a collection of specific topics and a comment section.

INTERIM REPORT

The Mozambican Ministry of Foreign Affairs has yet to provide 
names and travel itineraries for its delegation to the UN 
Summit September 14-16 or to the UNGA General Debate 
beginning September 20. We understand from the Ministry that 
President Armando Guebuza will go to the Summit but not 
attend the UNGA. Foreign Minister Alcinda Abreu will travel 
with him to New York on September 13, so we anticipate that 
she will attend the Summit, too. She will stay for the 
opening of the UNGA through September 23. Post will 
communicate additional details as soon we receive them.
