0645 Received a call from Amcit mother, Leona Grayhouse, 
who said her son, Mohammed Shehab Al-Saket, age 21 and a 
dual national, has been arrested in either Riqqae or 
Khaldiya.  She claimed the police provided her no 
information about the arrest.  She will call back once 
she has more information about the incident.

0005 Kuwait Airways called to report that two Amcits 
arrived last night are still in the airport awaiting 
assistance to obtain temporary tourist visas.  They 
will remain at the Safir Hotel.  ADMIN Counselor informed 
airport that Embassy will assist Amcits to obtain visas 
later this morning.
