Understanding cables

1. This is an action request. 
 
2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates who have been nominated from the Iraqi Liaison Officers 
(LNOs) at the Iraqi Operations Coordination Group (IOCG) to 
participate in a two week counter-terrorism course at the Joint 
Special Operations University, Hulburt Airfield, FL.  This course is 
scheduled for March 16-April 6, 2010 (Group 1) and May 18-June 8, 
2010 (Group 2, septel).  This is a retransmit of a message lost in 
the system. Please expedite this request.
