1. This is an action request. 
 
2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) who have been 
nominated to attend the Defense Institute of Security Assistance 
Management (DISAM) Course during the period 12 March through 12 
April 2010; training location - Wright Patterson AFB, OH, USA.
