1. This is an action request. 
 
2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Interior (MOI) who have been 
nominated to attend an Internal Affairs Training Course during the 
period 20-27 March 2010; training location - Washington 
D.C./Arlington, VA, USA.
