2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
individual from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) who has been 
invited by the American Enterprise Institute to a reception and 
dinner honoring General David Patraeus.  General Patraeus will 
receive the Irving Kristol Award on May 6, 2010 in Washington D.C.
