1. This is an action request. 
 
2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces, Ministry of Interior 
(MOI) who have been nominated to participate in site visits to 
observe IG systems and organizations incorporating planning, 
investigations, inspections and auditing during the period 11-22 
March 2010; training location Washington DC, Arlington, VA.
