1. This is an action request. 
 
2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) who have been 
nominated to participate in the C-130 Refresher Simulator Course 
scheduled for the period 
03-23 February April 2010; training locations:  Little Rock, AFB, 
Little Rock, AR USA.  Due to short notice, Post begs immediate
