1. This is an action request. 
 
2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Interior (MOI) who have been 
nominated to participate in the Human Resources (HR) Course 
scheduled for the period 22 March through 02 April 2010; training 
locations - Alexandria, VA, WashDC; Ft George G. Meade, MD; and 
Reston, VA, USA.
