Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). ΒΆ1. (C) Per reftel, on November 30, POLOFF delivered a message of 
thanks to Jonattan Del Rosario, Assistant Director General of 
Foreign Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Relations.  POLOFF 
expressed gratitude for  Panama's vote at the UN General Assembly 
against the resolution on defamation of religions, and encouraged 
Panama to share its views with the United States on how to convince 
other countries to do the same.
