Discussing cables
If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1.   We request the Department's assistance in screening the 
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded 
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act. 
 
 
 
2.  The following individuals will attend the Counter 
Narco-Terrorism Course in Fort Benning, Georgia, from January 15 
through March 17, 2010.  The names are listed with the surname
