1. This is an action request. 
 
2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) Security Forces, 
who have been nominated to participate in the Swiftboat Training and 
Familiarization Program for Iraqi Navy.  This course is scheduled 
for January 15, 2010 - January 14, 2011.  Training location - Morgan 
City, Louisiana, USA.  Please expedite this request.
