Understanding cables

1. This is an action request. 
 
2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) Security Forces, 
who have been nominated to participate in the C-130 Refresher 
Simulator Course.  This course is scheduled for 03-23 February, 
2010.  Training location - Little Rock AFB, Little Rock, AR, USA.
