Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act in screening the 
following individual who has been nominated for training by 
OFFICE OF SECURITY COOPERATION ABUJA.  The individual is to 
attend the INTERNATIONAL OFFICER INTELLIGENCE/MILITARY 
INTELLIGENCE CAPTAIN TRAINING at FORT HUACHUCA, TUCSON, AZ 
from 30 DECEMBER 2009 to 15 JUNE 2010. Embassy has no 
derogatory information.
