1. Ref email requested that post conduct a post-shipment 
verification for a CNAV2050 GPS Instrument and related equipment 
exported as No License Required by C & C Technologies Inc., 
Lafayette, LA. 
 
 
 
2. On December 1, 2009 Export Control Officer met with a Mr. Yarub 
Faisal, Technical Manager, Seacor Offshore LLC. Seacor Offshore 
specializes in the operation of aircraft and vessels used in 
offshore oil industry applications (www.seacorholdings.com). Faisal 
stated he was fully aware of the restrictions on U.S. items to 
prohibited destinations. Relating to this transaction he advised 
that this CNAV GPS unit is used to control a ships position as it 
is docked with an offshore platform even during difficult weather 
conditions. This particular unit is being used on the Saudi Arabia 
based vessel SEACOR ACCLAIM. He readily provided all relevant 
documentation relating to this transaction. 
 
 
 
3. Post considers Seacor Offshore LLC to be a reliable recipient of 
U.S. origin items for this transaction.
