Understanding cables

1. (SBU) The Embassy urged high level Tunisian diplomatic 
representation at the November Marrakech Forum for the Future 
(FfF) event in diplomatic notes conveyed to the Tunisian 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs first on August 19, and again on 
October 2. 
 
2. (SBU) During an October 13 meeting with the Ambassador, 
Saida Chtoui, Secretary of State for Asia and the Americas 
(one of two deputies to Foreign Minister Abdallah) said that 
she would lead Tunisia's delegation to the FfF.
