INCIDENT COUNTERMEASURE COURSE NOVEMBER 2-20, 2009.

participation in the ATA 7579 - Underwater Explosives 
Incident Countermeasure Course, in Durbin, South Africa, 
which will begin November 2-20, 2009. Post vetting for the
