ΒΆ1.  On October 20, visiting Treasury Assistant Secretary for 
Terrorism Financing David Cohen delivered reftel points to 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Under Secretary Feridun 
Sinirlioglu.  Sinirlioglu said Turkey does not want to see 
any of its neighbors with nuclear weapons.  Sinirlioglu said 
he would give the information to appropriate officials in the 
Turkish Government and ask them to share it promptly with 
banking and insurance industry groups.
