Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (U) On September 10, PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Ministry of Foreign Relations (MINREX) Americas Division Director Renee Morales. Morales listened with interest to the U.S. positions on several issues facing the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) this session, but did not offer any information on resolutions that the Government of Nicaragua (GON) is planning to introduce or support.
