SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR HUMAN RIGHTS VETTING FOR QATARI AIR 
FORCE OFFICER 
 
¶1. This is an action request.  Please see paragraph two. 
 
¶2. Post requests the Department's assistance in performing 
human rights vetting on the Qatari officer described below. A 
search of post records has found no information of any kind 
that he has committed human rights violations. 
 
¶3. Below is the information on the proposed officer. He 
wishes to travel to Lackland AFB, TX for C-17 training in 
Early August 2009:
