Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

In response to reftel request, Moustapha Rezzouk, Head of 
Service of the Americas Division of the Ministry of Foreign 
Affairs, delivered a diplomatic note to EconOff on July 24 
confirming Morocco's willingness to host the proposed 
regional workshop for Convention on the International Trade 
in Endangered Species (CITES) Scientific Authorities.  The 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs invited the Embassy to coordinate 
the details of the workshop directly with the High Commission 
for Water and Forests.
