Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

SUBJECT: SOUTH AFRICA INITIATES SUNSET REVIEW OF 
ANTIDUMPING DUTIES ON ACETAMINOPHENOL 
 
1.  (U)  South Africa's International Trade Administration 
Commission provided post with notice that it has initiated a 
sunset review of the anti-dumping duties on acetaminophenol 
originating in or imported from the U.S.  ITAC is currently 
in the process of contacting all known manufacturers of the 
product in the Southern African Customs Union in order to be 
given the opportunity to object to the expiration of the 
duties.  The deadline for the manufacturers to respond is 
July 31, 2009.
