the Leahy Amendment for the below-listed individual as a candidate 
to attend the Comprehensive Course on Security Challenges Associated 
with Terrorism in South East Asia August 17-21, 2009 in Phnom Penh, 
Cambodia (Reftel).

3. Action request: Please terminate the vetting request (Reftel)

Sinarith.
