Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

(U) Josee Nadeau, Senior Chief, Financial Crimes, Finance 
Canada, is familiar with the Treasury Department advisory on 
UNSCR 1874 said that she already expressed Canada's agreement 
to officials at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  Nadeau 
said that Canada would share the U.S. Advisory with Canadian 
financial institutions.  Canada is considering issuing a 
similar advisory, according to Nadeau.
