Understanding cables

Moratinos'International Affairs Advisor Victoria Ortega on July 16. 
As of today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not yet have 
definite itineraries for UNGA participants. The following 
information, however, has been confirmed.

- Jos Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, President, will attend the UNGA 
meetings sometime between September 23 and 30 
 
- No definite itinerary available yet.
