ΒΆ1. (SBU) Charge delivered reftel demarche to Vice Foreign
Minister Hugo Fernandez June 4. Fernandez and MFA officers
were noncommittal on their support for extending the mandate
of the Special Rapporteur for Sudan, saying only that the
Bolivian Government was also concerned about the situation in
the Sudan, would consider the extension, and would forward
our concerns to their UN representatives.
