Understanding cables

1. This is an action request. 
 
2.  Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post 
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following 
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated for 
training in the United States.  Post has no derogatory information. 
 
TYPE OF TRAINING:  Forensic PDD Course/Internship (Class 2) 
 
TRAINING LOCATION:  Zoo Facility, Baghdad, Iraq 
 
DATES OF TRAINING:  The length of this course is dependent upon the 
frequency and type of polygraph tests conducted by students.
