(SBU) In response to ref B, the government of Indonesia 
advised Embassy that Indonesia has cast a formal abstention 
on Kosovo's membership in World Bank institutions.  The vote 
is in line with current government of Indonesia policy 
regarding recognition of Kosovo and mirrors Indonesia's 
previous vote on Kosovo's membership in the International 
Monetary Fund.  Ministry of Finance staff (Fino Valico, 
Office of Fiscal Policy) confirmed May 28 that the Finance 
Ministry had submitted the ballot form directly to the World 
Bank on May 26 via fax and e-mail.
