¶1. The following is the mission's FY10 slate of 21 candidates 
for multi-regional (MRP) and regional projects (RP), 
including one nomination for the Edward R. Murrow Program for 
Journalists. Nominees have Country Team approval and Front 
Office clearance. 
 
¶2. Nominees by program: 
 
-Combating Trafficking in Persons (MRP): Mr. Yahya AFFARA, 
principal chief inspector, Department of Asylum and 
Migration, Lebanese General Security 
 
-International Crime Issues (MRP): Maj. Charles SAADE, chief 
of Gemmayze police station 
 
-Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (MRP): Capt. 
Khaled YOUSSEF, IT specialist and analyst, Internal Security 
Forces 
 
-U.S. Trade Policy (MRP): Ms. Zouha SAKR, chief of party,
