Charge delivered reftel points to MFA Director General for 
International Security Affairs Tomur Bayer on May 27.  Bayer 
said his staff was studying the recently revised "clean text" 
closely, would review our points, and provide a response.  He 
noted that MFA was coordinating an interagency discussion on 
the text which included the Energy Ministry and the Turkish 
Atomic Energy Agency (TAEK).  He confirmed that Turkey will 
attend the June plenary meeting in Budapest.
