Understanding cables

1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed to the Embassy 
on May 4 that Turkey will send a four person delegation to 
the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) Operational 
Experts' Group meeting to be held in Miami, May 12-15, 2009. 
 
2.  Turkish delegation will be led by Ms. Elif Comoglu Ulgen, 
Head of Department, Arms Control and Disarmament, MFA, and 
will include LT Emrah Sezer, Turkish Navy; Mr. Recep Aktas, 
Expert, Prime Ministry; and Mr. Yasin Albayrak, Expert, Prime 
Ministry.
