1.  After careful consideration of your assessment and recommendations (REFTEL), I am terminating the authorized departure of Eligible family members/non-emergency employee from Sudan effective April 8,2009.   Evacuees may return to post effective April 9,2009. 
 
2.  Action addressees should submit an after-action report including lessons learned from the evacuation 
within fifteen days.  This report should be slugged for AF, M, S/ES-O/CMS, CMT, and FLO. 
 
3.  Administrative and accounting information regarding return travel of evacuees will be sent septel.
