Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

(SBU) A Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) contact confirmed 
with EconOff February 24 that the Dutch address for Barakaat 
Telecommunications Company Limited (BTELCO) is no longer 
valid.  EconOff had shared information request per ref A with 
the MFA's terrorism finance coordinator Wendela Haringuizen 
on February 11.  According to Haringhuizen, the BTELCO 
address in T'veld, Noord-Holland, has already been removed 
from the UN 1267 Committee consolidated list at the 
Netherlands' request.
