Understanding cables

(SBU) Econoff delivered Ref A proposal for chemical security 
training in Morocco to representatives of the Ministry of 
Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and the Ministry of National 
Education, Higher Education, Training, and Scientific 
Research on March 5.  In follow on discussions on March 12, 
Dr. Mohammed Benbouida, head of Materials Science of the 
Directorate of Technology at the Ministry of Education, told 
Econoff that the Ministry is prepared to support the 
workshops and will identify appropriate University venues to 
maximize the accessibility of the workshops to Moroccan 
chemists.  Benbouida requested a letter on Embassy stationery 
confirming the number of participants to be invited and 
specific dates of the workshops, which Post will provide.
