Understanding cables

Realty Eurasia Investors, L.P. or Paladin realty Partners, 
LLC from contacts or public sources.  If OPIC can provide 
names of company owners, we will do further research. 
 
2.  Regarding Paladin's concept of providing financing for 
affordable housing, post has requested a meeting with TOKI, 
the Turkish Government's Mass Housing Administration.  TOKI 
constructs and contributes to construction consortiums for 
affordable housing units in Turkey.  We will pose reftel 
questions at the meeting with TOKI and send additional 
information as appropriate.
