Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1.  (SBU)  The GOT informed the Embassy on January 8 that it 
opposes the removal of Mondher Ben Mohsen Ben Ali Baazaoui 
from 1267 sanctions via the UN Focal Point.  No further 
details were provided by the GOT.  Post initially contacted 
the GOT in December in response to Ref B, regarding 
Baazaoui's petition to be removed from the list.
