Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Reinis Kalnins, of the MFA's 
Middle East and Africa Division.  Kalnins stated that the GOL is 
very concerned about the situation in Gaza, and that they are 
following the events closely. While the MFA has no immediate 
position on the MoU, Kalnins stated that Latvia will support EU 
concensus on the matter.
