¶1.  This is an ACTION REQUEST.  Please see para 2 for Action. 
 
 
 
¶2.  ACTION REQUEST.  Per REFTEL instructions, INL Managua requests 
a sub-obligation terminal date extension.  For all pipeline funds 
listed in para 3 below, INL Managua seeks an extension of the 
sub-obligation terminal date through September 30, 2010.
