Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

1. Members of the Embassy Rabat and Consulate General Casablanca 
joint Visas Viper Committee met January 5, 2009.  The meeting was 
chaired by DCM with RAO, LEGATT, CONS, DHS, DAO, RSO, POL, ECON, 
FCS, and PD in attendance. 
 
2. The Visas Viper Committee approved the following cases submitted 
by Legatt.  The following Moroccan nationals (all born in Morocco)
