If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). Poloff delivered reftel demarche on December 12 to Vesna 
Vukovic, head of the MFA's UN office.  She took note of the 
fact that the next US administration would likely continue to 
support the UN International Independent Investigation 
Commission, Commissioner Bellemare, and the Special Tribunal 
for Lebanon.  She indicated that Croatia's ability to donate 
was limited within the confines of the current budget, but 
that Croatia intended to contribute $5,000 to the Special 
Tribunal for Lebanon.
